We had a lovely suprise
Yesterday i walked bloo to the park as usual, i loosed him off lead playing frisbee, when i see this big fluffy dog bounding straight into bloo...it was another sheepie!!! I got talking to the owner found they only live a few blocks away, ive never seen another sheepie on the park before, it was a really nice suprise. She is 2yr old and very boustrous lol. They loved it together. We probably wont see her again but it was great to finally meet another  |

| It always amazes me the number of people who say they USED to have a Sheepie and yet we so rarely actually run into another. And when we do, we're usually so shocked that we forget to ask all the right questions. I'll bet Sam got enough from the surprise Sheepie to meet up again; Sam is pretty sharp in that area. More so than myself anyway! There are probably a half dozen around me, (within 10-20 miles) but we only honestly know two of them. We know that our vet has several as clients. I've left Sheep-In flyers there the last two years. Maybe next year being the third year things will turn for us and we'll get the locals to come out. Keep working on another meet-up Sam!!! Vance |
| That is very cool. Kirby has only ever met one other Sheepie and it was wonderful watching them play and interact. I am jealous |
| It is always fun to meet another sheepie that lives nearby. We don't have too many around us here so I am always very excited to meet someone who has a sheepie on the end of their leash! |
