I saw him on FB. If my house was done (or even nearly done), Brick & I would be in the car heading down to NC to visit Boomer. He looks like such a sweet boy. |
I heard he's very sweet. I know this isn't the place really to ask this but how's the house coming along? |
Thanks Jaci! We are going to look for his owner for a bit and then if not found start the process to rehome I really do think something tragic happened to his owner (gut feeling) He was a very well cared for boy and soooo super sweet! |
Oh and just saying Mark....I bet Brick would love him! |

I've come to the conclusion that I just can't justify paying someone anywhere from $40K to as much as $175K just to make phone calls, direct, and organize. I'm good at that stuff and I KNOW I can do it and keep that money in my pocket. So I'm talking to subs now and I hope to break ground in the spring. Like I said, if the house were even close to being done, I would have loved to have met Boomer to see if he could have been a fit for my household. |
Good for you! Jim and I framed in the main floor of the cape cod we had built (next door but never lived in it). We did the wiring, plumbing, drywall though. Hired out the basement, seaming of the drywall, stairway to the upstairs, siding, second floor/roof. You'll save some money by directing the project yourself. I'll be watching for pictures... you must be so darned excited. |
