it is just the latch on the door..the contact points. Could you slide a piece of heavy cardboard between the door and the contact point just to keep them separage so you can shut the closet door? Nothing metal, it would carry the charge. |
Erm turn the power of at the wall? well you could if you have a switched socket! |
This just happened to my Mom's dryer. It was some kind of a wire that needed replaced if I remember correctly.... Small repair bill. |
