I've only been there twice and that's been my experience as well!    And next October (2013) OES from all over the country will descend upon St Louis (OK, Purina Farms) for the annual National Specialty....show, herding, agility, obedience, rally, therapy and rescue OES and all kinds of cross-overs of the aforementioned.
