| Mid-October weather is usually perfect. One year it rained but stopped in time for our party. One year the wind was gale force, but it was warm. We've traditionally had excellent weather for SheepieFest! and I predict the same this year. Of course, it will probably snow and I'll look a fool. |

| So bummed again:( seems that this weekend each year we travel to Peoria for my nephew's birthday. It's been such a long time since we saw everyone and this is right by our house. Hate to ask but any chance in future years the date could be shifted? You know we would be there and Evan is almost ready to come too. I am so disappointed again this year:( |

| Last year was our first year attending... I would like to participate more this year but don't know how... Basil had such a wonderful time last year... weather was perfect... people were perfect... I met many but of course don't remember names at all! What can I do to help? cbvignola@gmail.com... I bought a long sleeved and short sleeved white tee shirt just to cover all the bases! I'm 5'2" and the sleeves are a little long on the size medium! If that helps anyone... Also, if anyone is interested... Chicagoland OES will hold Dog Days on Sunday, October 21... | I won't be attending this year. I got the opportunity to go the national dressage championships in Lexington Kentucky that weekend. No, not as a rider! That's my favorite place in the world so I can't pass it up. Deborah, we'll get together sometime in November for lunch. |

| I don't think I'll be able to attend either. With this move happening, there just doesn't seem to be a lot of time free to do much. Plus, Josh is leaving for Milwaukee on Sunday to begin work on Monday and I know he wants to spend as much time with the dogs and I before he leaves. |
