Yellow Puppy Fur?

Anxiously awaiting the arrival of a puppy... How they look isn't a big deal but I had a question. I just got the four and a half week old pictures from the breeder and two of the puppies are bright yellow on parts of their fur. Mostly at the front across their chest. Will this go away? Is this a stain of some sort? Is it from birth? Will it go away easily? How would one take care of said stain? Has anybody seen this before?
Any information would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

Sorry 3 and a half week old pictures, I don't know if this makes a difference or not :)
my heaviest wager would be on the camera and lighting they used to take the pictures. 8)

Hmmm, sounds like urine stains...which is not a good sign. Sounds like a back yard breeder or puppy mill operation where they have poor hygeine. :( JMHO though.
Unless as mentioned above it's a poor quality photo. :?
I looked for a good breeder and waited on a list for almost a year. Have checked this breeder out and they have great references, come highly reccommended from another established reputable breeder, have been breeding dogs for a long time, show their own dogs regularly and raise them in their home. Also they don't pump out puppies like some of the breeders I contacted. I don't think she's a BYB or a puppy mill. Is there anything else it could be? It seems to just be on one or 2 of the pups. If it is a urine stain will it come out? If I look at pictures from when they first were born the yellowing was there too!
Ahh!
Hello,
apart from Urine, it could be a sun issue. Sometimes OES get a yellow ish tint when they are in the sun.
I hope its ok for you

I have been on the chat room forum and Vance has informed me that yellow fur is caused by an enzyme. He also tells me that his dog suffers with this and it can be cured with a tums tablet. Not sure entirely of the info but please contact Vance for info. Hope that helps Liz and Digby xxx
Have you seen the mum? Does she have beard stains?
Maybe if she does its simply from her licking the pups clean. It will hopefully fade or grow out.
Although tums can help the adult dog. with staining i wouldnt give it to a puppy, nor would i use whitening shampoo on a puppy, just a good quality puppy shampoo. You wouldnt wash a baby in your shampoo would you?
Lets be clear on what I told Liz; I was exclusively speaking about yellow tinted muzzle hair. It wasn't until after I mentioned the Tums that it I found out that it wasn't specified that we weren't talking muzzle hair. By the time I realized this, Liz had left the chat room...

I am by no means an expert, I was just trying to offer some help.

Hi All,
sorry if I mis understood. Liz and Digby xxx Only trying to help
If you are sure this is a great breeder, why not ask them about it? There
may be a simple explanation. It could even be intentional.

Good advice. Talk to the breeder.
Talked to breeder and made a trip out for our first visit. Wow! They are perfect in person, snowy white and so friendly. Although a couple of them look yellow even in the pictures I took.
So excited! Thanks for all of the ideas though! We had an OES before with stains on her beard, we used to wipe her face after eating and nothing helped, will keep the tums trick in mind for when the pup grows up! Now to brush up on my puppy training skills!
Thanks Again!
Glad all was well and they were snowy white on your visit! Be sure to post some pics of your new puppy when he/she gets home! :D
glad everything is well!
Me too - glad it was just a case of bad photos :)
Please post your puppy pics can not wait to see them Liz xxx
