Winston's First Grooming Table Ride

Winston no longer acts like I'm trying to kill him when he gets a bath. The dryer, while not his friend is not a torture device.

We have been giving him a drive by brush stroke once in a while to get him used to the feel.

Today was his grooming table trial. He thought being up there was cool at first. I brushed him a little while he was sitting which he didn't mind. Got him to lay down and he took that for about 10 seconds. Calmed him and he did great, layed on his side with his head down like he'd been doing it for all his life. Maybe he's watched Dexter up there enough and is a visual learner?

Of course, when it was Dex's turn Winston wanted back up on the table.

Don't you just love the sibling rivalry??
I have Chewie up, and Bond is trying to climb up too!!
When Bond is there, Chewie lays right under foot.....crazy!
Yup. Same thing here. Whoever is up on the grooming table,
the others want THEIR turn NOW. Of course, there are treats
to be earned for being a very good dog on the table, that
just might be a factor. :D
  This was today--everyone lined up waiting their turn :D
