1/2 cup honey 1/3 cup dijon mustard 1 tablespoon curry powder 4 tablespoons soy sauce 4 chicken breasts or 8 thighs Instructions Mix together the honey, mustard, soy sauce and curry powder. Put the chicken and marinade in a plastic bag or glass container and marinate overnight . The next day put the chicken and marinade in a pan covered in tin foil . Bake at 350 for one hour and or until done. Half way threw uncover the chicken and baste. Slice and top with some of the remaining sauce. You can double the marinade if you want more sauce at the end. |

Sounds like a nice chicken dish. I might be inclined to leave out the curry and maybe use ginger. Just can't do curry here. |
