I admt ive slacked a little with his grooming so i had to get him on the table today. BUT All we did was carry the table in and put it on the floor and bloo put his 2 front paws up on the table and mom picked his back legs up, then i encouraged him off the side of the table onto the sofa then onto the floor, but he made the leap of faith We went to move the table back when he put his front up again! I havent even taught him to do this and somehow he has magically figured it out! The getting off is the difficult part as noone can pick him up bsides dad |

Glad he realizes what's going on and is willing to help. Good boy Bloo. |
Bloo is WAY smarter than you think. Whatever you do, don't let him jump off on his own. If he mis-steps one foot upon jumping down, it could spell big trouble. Way to go BLOO!!! Vance |
Lucky you..... My Lazy Hound puts his front feet on the table (or the back of the car), then waits and waits until I lift his rear feet up. I use a dining chair for him to come down as an intermediate step of the table, unless one of the cats winds him up then he bounds off, the table went flying the one day! The chair doesn't work on the way up he moves around the table away from the chair . Big heffalump. |
