BUT the football bursts in 4 minutes max. so we went to sports direct and brought a basketball and a rugby ball (American football ball to US folks) he is making all the funny barky noises like he does with a football and he is loving the rugby ball! He has even managed to pick it up, he looks hilarious running around with a rugby ball sticking out his mouth! BUT....The basketball has only lasted 2 minuts, he has poppped it! Its only a small hole but the air is escaping fast, so ive cellotaped it for now then ill punture repair it later! I give up, £5 a week on footballs for a dog |

We bought a ball a while back that looks like a small UK football and it's made of a fairly thick rubber with one hole in it about the size of one of the white spots. I think they're called the Everlasting Ball and come in different sizes. Look in your local pet supply shoppes or online for a UK outlet. Vance |
I've seen many a delfated ball in dogs mouths. Must be a common problem. Just let him play with the "flattened" ball. Those everlastings do make out better against dogs strong jaw. |
Im going to buy a bomber ball, they areplastic and INDESTRUCTABLE They may cost a lot but as long as they last im not bothered |
The trick is to partially deflate the balls before giving them to the dogs. The dogs get the kids old soccerballs (very good quality ones) and they last for years. |

I bought a giant bouncy ball from Walmart to play with, that lasted all of two minutes... Thanks to Bailey. Eevee was afraid of the ball. Bailey learned to play catch with me with it, she can bounce it off her nose back to me. I reinflated it a few times with a straw... lol. Duct tape fixed the hole, mostly. |

Gotta love that duct tape! |
We actually buy a regular size basketball but let some of the air out. They can still get it in their mouths and I can still throw it about. I can't bounce it like a regular ball but my guys are just interested in running after it... |
Do you have an equestrian store around? they have these balls for horses that are un popable! |

Lisa you can get jolly balls here. Tiggy has one of the smaller ones. She likes it as long as I play with her. I got it from Petstock. |

Jolly Balls are what you need!! Yuki is the same way. I mean... I have boys so we have lost soooooooo many soccer balls, normal balls, balls, balls, and balls... because yuki is also in love. Jolly balls get the job done! |
