Puppy brushing

What kind of brush should I be using for Eevee? I've been using a bristle brush for now, and I read that I shouldn't use a pin brush with the little balls on the ends but I don't know if that goes for a puppy too or just adults?

Pin brush is fine. Rubber balls on end are not. Just get one without the rubber balls and you'll be fine. You will probably also want a slicker brush.

Where can I find a pin brush without the little balls? They don't have them at my Petsmart or Walmart or anywhere.

This might be a good one to start with--comes in a smaller size too.

This place carries a larger selection-

I get mine from vendors at dogs shows - or order online from Petedge.
You are right - they are NOT available in local chain stores! :(
I've been using the rake and a pin brush. I find the rake really gets the fur out and the pin brush fluffs him up. I also finish him with a slicker, I want him used to all of it.

Anyone else use a rake?
I had a pin brush but been told to use a regular human hair brush as it doesnt damage the coat. Ive been using my old brush, but the pins keep coming out, so i just use a comb, its way easier, slickers and combs.

GOOD LUCK on the grooming journey!

Sam brushes for us in the UK can be brought from " Petcra" they have all the brushes we use that you can not get from the pet shops

an ISINIS brush can be brought from a hair dressers or try on line/Ebay about £10.ish
a Masion@Person Brush are about £50 to buy

Pin brushes with the bobbley bits pull the fur out as you groom and this will hurt poor puppys,

:wag: :wag: :wag:
I can get a ISINIS brush for £7
