Virgil Tiberius Lindon; New Pre-Nominals
Big, unabashed, no holds barred, ear to ear grinning, unrestrained celebrating brag!! Virgy Voodles has picked himself up a little Ch. in front of his name. He is now Ch. Tarawood's Invincible Explorer!!   
This weekend Doug and Linda Smith had him out at the Fort McMurray shows and our big boy picked up 6 championship points on a total of 3 group seconds to nicely round out his championship at 13 points!!! He actually won his championship with the second group placement which put him on 11 points but he was entered on the last day as a class dog to ensure that there were "insurance" points in case the CKC review found any administrative problems with any of his previous wins - I'm sure everything is perfectly fine but this is a good precaution. (Apparently at least one judge was seriously considering him for the group win but Virgil still needs to develop his "ring attitude" a bit and show that he is enjoying himself more with his head held a little higher. Nevertheless it must have been oh so close, wish we could have been there with him!) As soon as we get his winning photos we'll post them to our website and advise the forum when they are there!! (Can you tell I'm just a little bit pleased with this  Michele said I would be insufferable all day at work!!  )
Again we would like to publicly thank Doug and Linda Smith for their tireless devotion to training, preparing and showing our big boy and putting up with his many "quirks". They have done such a fantastic job with him on our behalf. And of course we could never forget to thank Diane Buckland, Tarawood's Perm Reg'd, for arranging this western tour and breeding our special, and now show recognized, boy. Thank you Diane .
