Fire One Year Today!
My warning to all...PLEASE NEVER use your self cleaning and either go out or worse go to bed. Had I done either, my dogs would be gone as well as my entire home. Luckily, I was standing right there when the fire broke out or we'd all be gone...PLEASE PLEASE be careful when using a self cleaning mode.. I can tell you, my oven/range now does NOT even have a self cleaning mode... |

| Good lord, Diane! I will take your advice to heart. I often would set the cleaner and go off to the dog park, leaving it to clean in our absence. I will not be doing this anymore. How horrifying. It must feel good to put 'year one' behind you! |

| Mine has a self cleaning, but so far I've been able to keep ahead of problems with wiping out. Cursed, I splashed liquid between the frame and glass on the door, way too narrow to clean but not too narrow to get dirty. Design flaw!! |
