Here are the three videos that were shot yesterday at the Ft. St. Clair Kennel Club. Jen shot the portions with me handling Caitlyn and I did the rest. In pass the camera off to me, Jen just let it run so the transfer is a bit sketchy. The video itself is pretty good with a few minor exceptions. One being my big finger getting in front of the lens at one point. I was trying to reposition the camera... Below are me and Caitlyn, Marilyn and Annie, Paula and her girl, (I don't remember her name and feel bad about that!), Marilyn again with the Queen of the Day, Mariah and Diane and her dog and then Diane and her dog, (again, I can't remember his name...). Anyway, watch and enjoy. FSCKC Eaton 04292012 #1 FSCKC Eaton 04292012 #2 FSCKC Eaton 04292012 #3 Vance |

Great videos Vance! Cindy |
Hello again Vance, Your dog looks wonderful to me. I wish Tristan could be so well behaved and 'show-wirthy. Art |
Caitlyn! She is just so freaking pretty. I don't get tired of videos of her Vance, she's special |
Great videos! What a bonus to have friends that do such a professional job of video taping! |
Everyone looked great! I see Caitlyn is all over her "mommy" issues with Jen (yay!) so now you all can be ringside. I see something got her attention when you were in for WB, but other than that one little puppy behavior, she really did great! Nice to see the video of everyone else too - bonus! |
There can never be too many pictures or videos. If folks don't want to look, they don't have to!! The closer I get to our first show, the more I look at the videos, so I very much appreciate folks who post things like this. It is such a learning curve, this show thing! I tried to have Gracie watch, too, but she seemed to be more interested in chewing on Mady's ear than learning how to be a show dog. |
Nice videos Vance! Thanks! I am learning watching the videos you are posting--don't stop! |

Add to that the ole pro Mariah and it's amazing! I will admit that I was, years ago an award winning video producer, but that was with real professional equipment and I was usually focused with little distraction. Shooting these is tough as I'm trying to shoot the action, watch what's going on as I'm trying to learn those scant few seconds BEFORE I do back in the ring AND I'm holding Caitlyn in my free hand and she's still a little more curious than I'd like. Shooting these videos is SO much fun for the same above reasons that make it difficult. I'd so love to shoot these the way I did my previous TV work with multiple cams and editing gear. Not only would it be fun, it would truly look professional. Maybe I can get some help from folks like Cindy on some digital editing tips. All my editing experience is with 3/4" TAPE!!! I'm lost in this digital stuff and all I have is Windows Movie Maker, which is a bit confusing. So long as I'm learning, I'll keep posting. I have to believe that if I'm learning there are others who are too. If I can help them, I'll do it. Vance |
Thanks for these. It was great seeing the judge clapping for Mariah when she went around Dianne's boy's name is Hermes. |

She actually proclaimed loudly, 'Come on folks, this is our veteran!'. Very much a class move imho. Thanks for the name! Vance |
