Good girl Carley...keeping the house safe. As for following your dh...she was just bringing up the rear and making sure no one took him from behind. |

She was just herding master outside, nothing about being a guard dog. |
That is funny. Guess being the alarm to alert you is all she is responsible for! |
well done for being a good guard dog. Summer doesnt like going out garden in the dark. We have to go with her with a torch and outside light on. If we leave her out she scoots back in, and then 5 minutes later asks for "out" as she forgot to do a wee. |
That story reminded me of a night when my 'watchdogs' were put to the test! viewtopic.php?f=12&t=24278 |
It sounds like your experience was even better than ours. Carley is now in the bedroom with Dale so that he can protect her I guess. I am in my office deleting old emails. Usually she is laying right next to me but it is NIGHT and you never know what will be lurking in the dark. I guess she thinks Dad will protect her better. Sheepies are such a hoot. Carley's Mom |
carley's mom, barney probably has no clue that carrying 1 bullet is ranked #3 on the list of dumb ideas. if you know the caliber, i could send some on a bandolier collar for carley, since she is his close support backup. hopefully, ghosts will be all the dynamic duo ever have to deal with. |
