Mail or hand deliver Easter card?
I won't see my sister on Easter, but I will see her this Sunday (the Sunday before). I have a Fannie May maple egg for her, but should I give her the Easter card with the egg, or mail the card? The practical side of me says give her the card, but I love getting real mail so part of me wants to mail to her. Opinions?  |

I'd mail it. Think what fun it will be for her! It'll be like getting two presents.  |

I used to work for them when I was growing up in St. Louis, and all the ones there apparently shut down because the Chicago factory was closing? If they're still around, I'm sooooo making a trip. Oh, and just give her the egg and the card together when you see her |

| Roz, Fannie May did shut down for a year or so, but they are back and as good as ever. I'm not a maple cream person so I bought myself a vanilla buttercream egg and hid it so I won't eat it before Easter. Easter candy is the best. I gave up candy for Lent, but Good Friday I'm buying a bag of chips (gave up those for Lent also), Cadbury mini-eggs, and a Reese egg and am eating myself into a stupor! The envelope has a stamp on it, so the card is getting mailed. |
