extra toes

one of the twins had an extra toe on each back foot...when the vet docked their tails, he also removed the extra toes...

how normal is this? does this lead to any future issues? should i pick the other one because of this? does this mean that there could be some other issues with this girl?

ive dubbed her twinkle toes..

actual toes...
It does happen from time to time, I've found it quite prevalent in Raffles breedings. Nothing to worry about.
