fish oil pills, dosage
for those that give their OES fish oil pills, how much do you give them by dosage? our dog is about 95 lbs and we are currently giving him only 1 pill of the: Nature Made Fish Oil 1200 mg from our local costco, is this about right? thanks for the help! |

| I use the human adult ones for my guys too. I just looked at my current bottle and they are 1000mg. But I'm pretty sure I've used the 1200mg ones too. My adult dogs get 1/day. |
| We give liquid fish oil. A teaspoon a day for our OES mix, half a teaspoon a day for our 35 lb dog. We started our dog Marley on it about 6 months ago after her arthritis was really acting up. About two weeks ago we ran out and I kept forgetting to replace it. Well, sure enough she started limping/getting stiff/not wanting to walk... just got a replacement bottle so hoping she's back to her sproingy self in the next few days. Just my little fish oil testimonial! |
