Where I live...
Here is a video made to promote Nova Scotia. I am in the beginning of the video standing around a computer (looking very nervous) Where I work. I would love to hear where everyone lives and what do you love about it. Here is Lunenburg Academy I have a view of it from my house. They light it up at night and it looks very spooky. It has been used in a Stephen King movie. | I always thought Lunenburg would be right out of a Stephen King novel. You go to Tim Hortons and all the ol guys hanging around cursing and gossiping in their plaid jackets. The people are so colourful. I was just at the post office and everyone has something cheerful to say. It is surreal. I thought since so many of us live all over the world be interesting to hear a little fun facts and such.  |

| Thanks for posting the vid! Beautiful place! Visiting the Maritimes has always been on my bucket list. Now that I'm moving to the East within the next few months I'll be closer to actually pursuing that dream someday. |
| I always wanted to visit BC few years back I got to with work so it wasn't the visit I wanted but saw some of it. Also the fish hater found out she loved sushi when she was there. I love my fish raw! I know I live on the east coast; I also really hate shellfish. |
| I love those videos! I did a little digging, and found a (older) video made of my hometown - Stillwater, Minnesota. I live about 2 hours drive south now, but this town is the BEST! I worked at the grain elevator downtown (in one picture, but hidden behind the lift bridge shot when it was up) through HS and college (home on weekends). I would take my lunch break down along the river in the park that runs all along the river for many blocks. Very scenic and relaxing!  Some of you got to see Stillwater in 2008, as the OESCA Nationals were just outside of town that year. Oh, and we had our HS proms on the river, on the riverboats! |

| Dawn: Stillwater looks so cute. I can see why it is so popular. It is so cool living near the water. Prom on the Riverboat sounds so cool. I was raised along Lake Saint Claire in Michigan, probably why I like being near water. We used to walk over to the lake to eat our lunches when we were in high school. During the winter we used to ice skate on the lake as well. Hint of Mischief: Your pic is cool. It looks like a really nice place. |
