Inflamed Ear?

I think when the groomer cleaned Bella's ears, she may have been a bit too "rough" when pulling the hair out. Her one ear is nice and pink but the other is reddish, and looks like some dried crusty blood inside. I tried to clean it with some soothing ear cleaner but she was squirming and whining a bit. :cry:

Trip to vet, you think? She is not shaking her head, no odor, eating and acting just normal...You think a squirt of panalog will help or just leave it be?
