I cleaned Brandon up, and I said Jasper, you need a bath. He ran right into the bathroom, jumped in the tub, and sat down waiting on me. LOL He LOVES baths, but I had no idea he loved them that much.  |

What a success story! Whatever you are doing to make Jasper's bath so good keep it up. This will help so much as he gets to full size and full coat. Wrestling a full size male OES in the tub is never any fun. While Martin and Virgil readily accept their bath's they clearly don't think of it as fun! Even Punk who readily got into the tub didn't think it was the "greatest thing since sliced bread". Now as to the Royal Court of the Snotici, Brigham (King) hates the bath and Farouk (Crown Prince) would just as soon pretend it doesn't exist. Continued good luck and bath cooperation Cheers Carl |
Lucky you!!!!!!!!! Tasker hates to have a bath. He goes to the groomer about every 3 months and I bath him "as necessary" in between. Last night was an "as necessary". The tractor was leaking gas and some how he got into it!!! I've discovered that the best way to bathe him is to "strip down" and get in the shower with him, not a pretty sight  . Carl, I tried your ear irrigation suggestion, an hoping it works out. Gotta say his ears are nice and clean. Made sure they were nice and dry and put a dab of antibiotic ointment in, will keep my fingers crossed.

AT LEAST YOU GUYS CAN BATHE THE PUPS IN THE TUB....PANDA HAS BEEN BANISHED FROM THE TUB...SHE CLOGS THE TUB...BRIAN SAID THAT AUGERING MY HAIR WAS BAD ENOUGH, BUT HAVING TO AUGER BOTH OF OURS WAS TOO MUCH....(BRIAN IS MOSTLY HAIR CHALLENGED  ) HE THINKS IT IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR THAT OUR HAIR KEEPS GROWING BACK  HE HAS SAID THAT IF MY HAIR CARRIED THE BUBONIC PLAGUE, WE'D ALL BE DEAD...HA HA |
| I had an ex husband that used to carry on about my hair clogging the shower drain(I have long hair, always have, aleays will). He would get downright nasty about it, telling me I "had" to get it cut. I knew my present sweetie was a "keeper" the first time he had to clear a hair clog from the drain. I waited expectantly for the "lecture" but he just cleared the drain and didn't say a word . Just tell your hubby "sheepie hair desolves in the drain" hehehehe |
| NAW, BRIAN IS PRETTY FUNNY ABOUT IT, HE WILL CLEAR THE DRAIN AND THEN LEAVE THE HAIR ON THE CORNER OF THE TUB TO "SHOW" ME HOW MUCH HAIR WAS IN THE DRAIN....I TOOK THE WAD OF HAIR, WALKED BY HIM AND PUT ON TOP OF HIS HEAD AND TOLD HIM IT LOOKED GOOD....THAT WAS THE LAST TIME HE SHOWED ME MY DEAD HAIR...HE JUST THROWS IT OUT NOW YOU JUST HAVE TO BE CREATIVE IN YOUR "ARGUMENTS" SOME TIMES NO WORDS ARE NECCESSARY...JUST ACTION |

That's cool that Jasper loves the bath!  Beau does too. Several times I've found him just sitting in the tub waiting, hoping, I'd come turn the water on! He's such a big goof!  |
