Try Anderson Mat. My husband sells them to commercial businesses. We bought several in different sizes for the kennel to help our older dogs. Also, you can find some less expensive mats with a no slip backing at places like Home Depot. Only thing I have noticed about them is that the carpeting part tends to look worn a lot sooner. |
Yoga mats work for small areas. Interlocking rubber flooring has worked for larger areas. |
I've used the utility type rugs/mats from Menards (like a Home Depot or Lowes)...got a couple really cheaply one year on the Black Friday sales and they still are going strong. Also the interlocking foam pad blocks are nice. I used them in my training classes before we moved to our current facility that has a rubber floor. I got black ones in the exercise depts of stores, and colored ones in the kid's toy dept. and both work great. We used them last spring to cover our booth in an expo and it was so much nicer than the cement floor! |
