Showing Teddy this weekend in Indy, IN
I really wish these were switched. I have a 3 hour drive home and that late ring time on Sunday is going to make for a long day. Teddy's breeder Karen will be there, which is the reason I entered this show. Normally I wouldn't enter a show this far away in the winter but I want Karen to see Teddy again and help me with some scissoring tips. I never know if I'm doing too much or too little in places. She hasn't seen him since he was 6 months old. We'll get to see his brother Paco and compete against him as a special. He finished his championship in November at 10 month old! Cindy |

Vance Thanks Vance! I might not have much time to talk before ring time with getting Teddy ready. I can give you my camera to take video of us in the ring. I try not to get nervous before going in the ring but that's always easier said than done. Plus, we haven't been in the ring since early december so I will try to work Teddy a little before we go in. Of course I'll put the added pressure on myself of trying to due well to impress Karen.  There should be quite a few vendors at this show so we could wander around shopping and visiting when we are done showing. Cindy |

| Cindy - I'll have my HD video camera with me. I've already learned not to talk to folks prior to the show unless told by them it's ok. | Bad news about our attendance... Sadly, Jen won't be with me as she realized today that she had arranged a 'girls day' with her office-mates a couple months back and she should be there. Oh well... I WILL be there, (weather permitting) with cameras in hand and batteries charged! I also heard a rumor that a certain someone from Cinti will be there too... Vance |

| We're out... The weather around here is just bad enough to make me stay home. I just spoke to Cindy as she was pulling into the Fairgrounds and she said that it snowed most of the night. The problem is that it was so warm yesterday and then all that melted snow was freezing as it was being covered up by new snow. Bad combination. We spoke and decided that we'll just wait to meet up in Auburn, IN next month. So for everyone hoping for photos and videos from me, sorry. Vance |

Vance This is why I only enter this show if I am really close to finishing a dog or really need to get one done. The weather this time of year is just too iffy for a 5 hour drive due west, directly into the weather. It's a lovely show. Just wish it was closer.  |
