Every once in a while, I hear a song from the '70s called "Little Willy" from a band called "Sweet". This song SO reminds me of Brick. Just change the word "Willy" to "Bricky" and it would fit him to a T. A few of the lines: "Little Willy, Willy wears the crown, he's the king around town". Airedales are the kings of terriers. And when you see Brick do his prance, he has his head high & looks like royalty. "Willy drives them wild with his star shoe shimmy shuffledown" and "Willy sends them silly with his star shine shimmy shuffle smile" and "Little Willy, Willy drives them wild with his run around style". Between Brick's shuttles, and pivots, and evasive manuevers when he runs, he makes everyone smile & crack up And he has a great smile. "Little Willy, Willy wont, go home. But you can't push Willy round, Willy won't go. Try tellin' everybody but, oh no. Little Willy Willy won't, go home" When Brick has gotten loose, it was always a nightmare to get him back. He just won't come back to me or the house. And he is a stubborn terrier. "Mama done chase Willy down thru the hall. But laugh, Willy laugh he don't care at all". Brick always would do shuttle runs (some of you call them "zoomies") from one of the house to the other end (it was a ranch), much of that time spent in the hallway. I can so see my ex g/f trying to round him up when he was running like that thru the house, happy as can be, thinking it was a fun game of chase. And of course: "hey down, stay down, stay down, down". Well, he is a dog. Here's a video of the song: So does your dog have a theme song? |

I love that song!! I think of 'Brown Eyed Girl' when I think of Mady. I have to think about it for Virginia and Devil Dog, I mean, Gracie. I will get back to you on those. |
Caitlyn is easy - the Troggs playing their one big hit, WILD THING! We have been calling her a wild woman since she hit the door. Zoey is a bit tougher as she's mellowing into quite the lady. When Caitlyn isn't around to wind her up, she's a doll. We'll have to think about hers for a while. Vance |
When I used to run with my male, Bowie, I used to sing the theme from "Rocky" to keep us going! |

Millie's theme song is "Good Day Sunshine" by the Beatles, because she has such a bright and warm personality. |
