Robin is Home!!!!
 Linda will be sending pix and her thoughts tomorrow as she is getting everyone settled in after a long day...Linda said Robin seemed a little confused but was okay...Poor baby...missing her Mom Leslie I'm sure and wondering why she is not back at her regular "home"  Robin will be okay...Thank you to Cindy, and Kathy and Linda for making this placement so easy and so quick...Its normal Robin will be missing her Mom...But she'll adjust I think in a short time with Linda and Coz... Wish I could say the same for myself...My heart is breaking over the loss of my friend Les...I may just have to post more often here to get my feelings out! Leslie was buried today...Rest in peace my friend... Diane |

| Welcome home Robin!! I hope Leslie somehow knows that Robin is being taken care of and has a wonderful new home!  to you Diane....its been a very tough time for you but I hope you know that you have all of us to lean on. |

| Diane, I have been so sorry to read about Leslie and know that the loss must be very difficult. But how wonderful that you were able to do this final thing for your friend and to see to it that Robin found a wonderful home. Post as often as you need. I've lost a few friends in the last several years, two rather unexpectedly. I have to say, I still keep expecting to see them in the familiar places. |
| I am sure the most important thing for your friend Lesley was that her love end up in a home where she is loved and cared for. She is at peace now. That is one of my worst nightmares, something happens to me and Kim, and Mady (and now Gracie and Virginia) end up somewhere terrible. Being dead is bad enough, having Mady somewhere where she wasn't loved to bits and bits I can't bare thinking! |
