Wow, to even be able to come up with a name like that! You had me intrigued, I had to look up what this Xolo guy looks like. He's similar to Chinese crested and aparently the correct English pronounciation of that breed's name is [ʃoʊloʊ.iːtsˈkwiːntli] or shoh-loh-eets-kweent-lee. |
Yes, I saw that breed with that long name and there is another shorter name it goes by, but I forget what it was I think it is something pronounced like "Zi-lo"...The X being silent... |
I thought that the name had Spanish language origins? Or perhaps a language indigenous to the area where the dogs first developed? I wish I could remember more, I saw that kind of dog on Pick a Puppy! |
