Is he a genius dog??

Might be... I taught Langley to ring the bell for potty I thought. But I am starting to think it is a treat bell to him. Because when I take him out he eats the snow. Tonight I had pizza and had the plate sitting on the end table with a crust at it. Well he rang the bell a couple times so I thought well even though we just recently went out maybe... so I go to open the door. He doesn't come he turns towards the food and looks at it! Oh dear.
