Are there any other Londoners or people who can travel to London, who would like to join us? PS Blooboo, this in now way is instead of your planned meet up, we'll still be coming to that! |

| Wow, there are lots of London/near London sheepies. Hope you are all enjoying the snow! Let's go for April, warmer weather, lighter evenings, Crufts will be over and hopefully before peoples holidays. There will be school Easter holidays in April, so I'll avoid the weekends then. I'll look at my diary later and come up with a date. Very excited about another Sheepie get together. |
Yep - Crufts for the groups of Working and Pastoral is 10th March, so April works lovely. Looking at my diary - heck didnt realise I was that busy!! I cant do 8th April nor the weekend of 27th April, (both weekends are show days), however, please dont work around me if these are the dates that everyone is able to do. |

| Well, I could not have chosen a better date Sam! I do hope you can make it with Bloo. Time wise, I think 11am or near to it, at the Cafe, (which is adjacent to the car park at the Cockfosters Road gate, and has plenty of outside seating). There are plenty of woods, fields, lakes, and general romping areas, and if the weather holds out we can have a picnic, and I will bring a cake for Sam's birthday.  So, so far 5 sheepies plus their humans, who else is coming to play?  |
Dont think the lake area is a good idea for bloo LOL not after last time  But romping in the field he would love! I am talking mom into it, she doesnt do motorways so thtrain is the option for us...do you know where the train station is by this park?? Ive only been to london town. I hope she brings us...she probably will, all i have to do is say PLEAAASSE lol One last thing...is it central park? Which park (the name ) so i can go on website to get directions from train station...  Thanks for that info...Ps: you dont have to get a cake...all bloos sheepie fiends will be the best bday anyway!!! Cant wait...if she says yes ill let you know, but count me in anyway im sure she will!! |

| Yay! Great to have Poppy and Sweetpea too! I think it would be lovely to have a picnic, but that would be weather dependant! Hopefully by April we will be able to. I'll keep an eye on the weather forecast nearer the time and we can talk about it then. |

| There's still the chance of a meet up on the beach at Old Hunstanton Norfolk? I've checked with the pub (the Ancient Mariner) and they're happy for us all to go in with the dogs for a drink and/ or food too! |

| I'm afraid we can't make it now. It's my friend's 50th birthday that weekend and her husband has arranged for a group of us to go away to celebrate so we won't be able to come. Really sad we can't be there. |

| karen - my mom said we can go, but she doesn know london and she doesn want to get stuck in the subways etc... She said if your up for going on the train karen, we can come too! She said the only reason she doesnt want to go is because we will be by ourselves and we dont want to get stuck on the trains etc... Let me know if your up for it or not karen...well have to meet you on te train or something xx |

| 12.30pm at the cafe. The nearest car park to the cafe is the Cockfosters Road gate (A111). Parking is free. I'll be sitting outside with Tuesday! See you tomorrow. |

| Sadly I went down with the flu verus thingy that a lot of people are going down with and was not able to make the meet my apoligses to all but we are hoping to meet up at the Midland show next sunday 6th May they are holding a Fun day after the show for the rescue of OES, hopfull we will have Pics |

| Sue, go on the "midland old english sheepdog club" website, click events and the fun show leaflet is in pdf form on there. Would be great to see you there!!! AND Its in northampton (Were you live!) I believe the fun show starts around half 1 ish. Cmon sues hubby!! Weed to see summer again! (and the humans) |

| Hello! Sadly the London meet up didn't happen! I went to Trent Park just incase anyone turned up, but Tuesday was 'Billy No Mates' - although being a gorgeous sheepie, he didn't miss out on lots of attention! I did have a lovely chat with Valroo who was too poorly to come the night before - thanks for all the information and advice, you are a mine of information! Then I completely forgot about the Midlands show, I had intended coming up, but realised at tea time that I'd missed it Hopefully there will be another get together soon. BlooBoo, are you still planning a summer romp on the beach? |
