I know that SW Ohio is a ways away but if I can help just ask... Nothing it too far fetched. God Speed Leslie, we hardly knew you. Vance |
Does someone have Cindy's information? 4dognight? She is in MD and perhaps she can pull this dog or help get it into foster care ASAP. I am so sorry for your loss! This is so sad. |
So sorry for the loss of your friend - Not sure that I can be of any help from here in Tn. but wanted you to know- special thoughts and prayers for all of you. |
I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. And a forum member. I'm so far away (Texas), but let me know if I can help. Thank you for thinking of Robin. |

Diane Please call me, I can take Robin... I am so sorry |
So sorry for the loss of your friend. And she was a forum member, too. Heartbreaking. Not sure what I can do from up here in CNY, but if there's anything I can do (like transport if Robin travels north), please don't hesitate to ask. |
I will help Please pm me with a number to reach you and the name of the boarding facility So sorry for the loss of your friend. |
Cindy, Kathy may have a plan as well. It's a possibility the folks coming down to pick up her last pup could spring Robin and bring her to Kathy on the way down to get their new pup. You guys should coordinate. |

Very Grateful is not the word....I am SOOOOO thankful to you...It has been an extremely difficult day for me...Shocking news of Les and worrying about her Robin...Les was such a great friend...We spoke almost every day...I am just shocked and overcome with grief at her loss...But I will rest a bit better tonight knowing Robin will be out of that kennel and home with Cindy in a few days..Once the dust settles, we'll go from there but for now, I know Leslie will rest in peace with Robin taken care of... I am exhausted and drained but THANK YOU everyone...God bless this forum and my friends...Thank you. Diane |
Again, I am sorry Diane She was a wonderful lady We met last year when she offered to help transport one of our fosters to RI That was at the time her health started to fail and she was so disappointed that she couldn't help at that time. What a wonderful heart to think of dogs when, she had so much on her plate.. I was reading through messages and one of her post said "You have to live each day as if it is your last" I hope you did sweet Leslie, you will be missed... |
I'm so sorry about the loss of your friend. Cindy |
I am so happy to hear Cindy Hagen has steppedin to help Robin. I have worked with Cindy and she is an incredible advocate for all dogs. She is one of the few people I would trust with my Ben and Fozzie. |
Hi, This is Linda Lachowicz. Robin and my OES Cozmo were buddies, but I had not spoken to Leslie since her hip replacement, and only just found out from Kathy Buck a Facebook friend that she passed away. Please call me at 301 340-8520. I am local. What happened to Leslie, and where is Robin now? |
Where is Robin going. Are Leslie's kids able to help out? |
Sad day when nice people pass away. I hope Robin finds a good home & hope a family member takes him on or someone here. Sorry about the lost & hope you and her family are ok |
you know, you all the BEST bunch of people I've ever NOT MET! my hubby just doesn't understand why I'd ask if anyone lives off I-40 for our drive to phoenix I keep trying to tell him, sheepie people are a family way to go guys |

Linda, I just left you a message at home.... |
I will get Robin tomorrow. This is a hard time for many... robin misses her mom, Leslie's children miss her and Diane misses her good friend. I think it will be best if she stays with me a bit, everyone take a breath and then we will do what is best for robin |

Time to grieve and to take stock and make decisions when things are a bit less raw. Wonderful. |
I have Robin. She is a sweet little , shy girl. It took my gang all of 15 min to have her feel at home. I know she is confused just as a dog that is turned into a shelter (but she was at a wonderful boarding center) she has no clue whay she is not back with her owner. I went to take a pic of her in the back yard with my guys my camera battery dead found Bob's camera battery dead Guess having seven 8 week old puppies here has made me more brain dead than ever They are both on charge. Bob has her out walking. He often walk's our dogs around crazy acres and surrounding area, The resident dogs lost out this evening he only took Robin I have a busy fri and sat Will try and get pics and post. Diane said she snores |
