I'm on the phone with Kim...
...devil dogs... ...kibble all over the floor... ...like piranhas where a cow just fell in... ...they opened the back door on their own... ...she's trying to eat her mother... ...DEVIL DOGS!!!...  all I know is that I'll be going home to my three sweet baby girls and they'll be the usual angels full of love and kisses.  I'm pretty sure Kim is smoking something today... |

I think there is an epidemic of devil dog... Mr. Ted helped himself to the plastic food container and about 6 cups of food before he was caught last weekend!!! Just a week after chewing through the cat food container and chowing down while we were out running an errand. Luckily there wasn't much cat food in there or I'm sure we'd be calling the carpet cleaner in for an emergency steam.  That's what I get for being a bad mom and going to Vegas without him I guess. |

| They cannot possibly have cabin fever. We are outside so much I have a TAN!!!! A TAN!!! I live in Ottawa, Canada and it is January and I have a TAN!!! I do need to clarify something. They are not devil dogs, it is just one devil puppy. But I have finally figured out that I am just missing that moment and she becomes overtired. All of you moms and dads know that feeling, when you miss your chance to get them down to nap and they suddenly find reserves of energy of nuclear proportion? The sign I need to watch for is when she tries to eat her mother's leg like it is a chicken wing. When she starts to do that, I need to put her to bed. But you watch, tonight she will be perfect for David. |

| I must admit, it makes me feel better that I sometimes think Pru has a little "devil" inside and I am not the only one who has that mindset. But, thank goodness it is getting fewer and fewer times that Pru's alternate personality comes out . So, if it makes you feel any better, we have had Pru 2 months as of Wednesday (which was her 2-legged sister's 4th birthday.. )- anyway, only 2 months and that little devil stays hidden a majority of the time. So, maybe you can make a calendar and "x" off the days to see the light at the end of the tunnel...lol. |
| My breeder played upset when I called "her little boy" a beast on facebook I'm the one who innocently goes in for a pat and gets my fingers chewed off! my mum says he doesn't bite her anymore and he doesn't bark when I'm not home (good thing or bad thing?) So he saves his special little devil moments just for me... |
