Anyone ever used them to help restore good flora in the gut? Slippery bark to coat the gut and Kefir for all the helpful bacteria......yeah, sounds counter productive. Pyr friend got her new boy straightened out quickly with this combo. |

Slippery Elm Powder fabulous stuff other dont know much about the kefir, can someone explain that one to me and what that is used for. Worth giving slippery elm a try for looseys and I think you will be quite happy with it. |
Kefir is like a yogurt-style cultured dairy drink. It is good -tangy. Supposed to help digestion. Did it help Jack? |
I'm making it....31 hours to make. Didn't want to buy it already prepared as I want the "mother" to carry on from batch to batch. We'll see. |

We'll. The milk was separating as it cooled last night.....can't remember that ever happening. This first batch may not work. Need to go down the road to the dairy for some real whole milk. The mother looks a bit like cauliflower when it's strained out.....from what I've seen in pictures. Slippery Elm required a dab of butter to get down him, "I'm taking enough capsules straight, I'll make you work to get this down me. His gas is already down |
