That is too funny!
Yes and yes. Both girls come running when they hear the ice maker dumping ice into glasses. It's one for me, one for you and one for you too.

Vance
Nope - grabbing and jumping on people is not allowed at our house. :!:
I guess I always think along therapy dog potentials, and that would be a disaster - knock over a child, scratch fragile skin, etc.
And with multiple dogs, can you imagine how bad that would be if they ALL did that?? 8O

And for some reason none of my dogs likes ice. They prefer cold water but not with ice in it. If I drop a cube, I need to pick it up, as none will eat it and it will just melt. 8)
Same here, no jumping or grabbing allowed. Still a work in progress with the excitement of greeting people without jumping, but getting better with age. As far as the ice cubes go, I'm not sure what Teddy would do as I don't use ice at home. I keep a jug of cold water in the fridge.

Well, if I had dh on board there would be NO jumping in this house

As far as the ice goes...both of mine wait at the fridge in the morning so I won't miss them(or trip over them) as I get the ice to cool my coffee. Anyone gets ice, they know they HAVE to give the dogs a cube or risk getting a dog nose punch.
We are working on the jumping with Angus. He is so tall, he likes to be face to face with me. He likes ice, too. While getting ready for the shower in the morning, he'll run to the bathroom and put his front paws in, watch the water, and drink some warm water. His head is usually peaking around the end of the shower curtain, too!
Taylor LOVES ice. When you open the freezer drawer you have to be careful or he will attempt to help himself  . I don't think guests would appreciate him licking all the ice cubes

After body blocking him while getting whatever we needed we do pay the toll and hand him a piece :clappurple:
Sam and Nola LOVE their ice!!! Anytime the ice maker goes then those two come running, sit nicely, and then enjoy their treat! :) Anyone at Sheepiefest remember Sam's head in the cooler?

Sam will grab on to my leg when he plays. Nola doesn't though.

and she was also a member of the ice patrol....
Pictures :hearts: :hearts: are too cute. My Bell

a is my ice lover. :? :hearts:

I have a couple of peekers. I always think they're checking to make sure I didn't melt and slide down the drain. Luna takes the cake, though. I was showering one morning last weekend I think it was and felt something licking my leg :cow: Looked down and puppy had joined me in the shower :rimshot:

Funny thing is that she is NOT a fan of baths and I have to play the "keep the wet-down-and-soaped-up puppy in the bath tub" game with her, which is sort of like trying to grab an oiled up piglet. But if it's HER idea, water is just fine and dandy.

I do have several ice cube worshippers, but no hooking with paws. I have to draw the line somewhere and that one's a big no-no. Funny when it's somebody else's dog though ;-)

Yes and YEs! My male grabs my let with his HUGE paws while playing anything, especially tug...He'll let go when I say "out" but when I throw his toy he runs at me with it in his mouth at about 110 mph and when he reaches me, he grabs me with his front paw!

And the ice...forget the ice...my dogs LOVE ice and as soon as I even approach the freezer ice spot, they come running with heads in! :hearts:
Mine love ice too. Bentley just turned one and just started the jumping thing, I've been keeping a thin leash by the door and put it on him just before I open the door if someone knocks, I step in the leash just as he is about to jump, scold him and he stops. It's a work in progress. He is getting the hang of it though.
Yes they should eat that football shirt as well ;)

 Are you not a fan of football? or Barcelona? or just not a David Villa fan?

Well, we love all of the above :cheer: Both of my children play football (my daughter on a select team) and it is a big part of our lives. Millie enjoys the matches as well. :clappurple: Barcelona is a great team and Villa is our favorite player. :hearts: Love to watch him play :hearts:
LOL TOO CUTE :hearts: YEP BLOO DOES THAT HE TENDS TO EITHER WRAP HIMSELF AROUND YOUR LEG OR SIT ON YOUR FEET CAUSING YOU TO FALL OVER! SHEEPIES ARE LITTLE CLOWNS!
OH AND BLOO LIKES ICE TOO! ECSPECIALLY ON A HOT DAY :hearts:
Carley doesn't hook our leg. I would never allow that here. Too much chance she would knock someone down. She leans against people though.
When she hears us getting ice she comes and sits nicely so that she can get some ice.
She acts the same way over little carrots. That is her favorite treat.
Every time Kirby hears the ice maker, he comes running. He has done this since he was a pup.
