We found he has 2 barks. One high pitched woof wof woof woof (playing bark) and another wruff wruff (deep warning bark/unsure bark) - quite frightening lol Well... we watched a film other week and the woman in it was tied up and she was screaming, bloo was wruff wruffing at that. I made dad turn it off as it was obviously upsetting him. Just this minute mom and dad are watching mr bean and bloos on sofa.. he started wruff wruff again. Sometimes its really scary when he does it! He is ok with spongwebob and peppa pig he like the childrens channels he will lie happy and watch them. I wonder if the dogs feel the same emotions as us ?? Its only adult films he barks at. He likes nickelodeon spongebob/icarly/peppa pig) lol. |

Maybe it was the high pitched screaming that made him bark? My dogs do that too. As if they know the person needs help! My dogs also get upset with gun shots and loud noises on the TV....And if they hear other dogs barking....I think they do know the sounds of someone/something in distress on TV and bark at it... Good dog Bloo is...alerting you that someone was in trouble! |
Once the tv was on and someone on the television said: "Get out of here!" in a really loud, stern voice. Poor Sherman looked up, looked really confused and got up and left the room, looking like his feelings were really hurt. They also really notice if a dog is barking on television. |
