My grades are in now! =D
My GPA is at 3.43... I really need to keep getting B+'s and A's to bring this sucker up! I want to graduate with honors again like I did with my associate degree. 
I'm trying really hard but sometimes it just doesn't pay off in some classes.  I'm really worried about this summer because this one prof really grades hard and the last time I took their class I got a C!  *wheeze* *wheeze* |

| Lots of Labs - so it does look like a lot But it is a lot. I hate that I only get 1 CH for a class that lasts longer than most of my other classes.
I'm really excited that I got so many A's this year - I've been getting lots of B's and B+'s for a while and it's refreshing to see some better grades. I think it has a lot to do with what I'm interested in (and also the professor and how well they know me). As long as they know I'm doing my absolute best - coming into class on time everytime, reading the material and taking notes they usually give me an A faster than they will give an A to someone who barely shows up, is tardy, interupts class etc etc even if they do well on tests. Some profs are just absolute jerks. In one class came to class all the time, did all of my work... and I almost got a B+  and a chick who barely came to class much less did anything got an A! It was a drawing class - and she was much better than anyone else - of course it was easier for her to make things look better therefore it made everyone else look bad... but rather than grading us on how far we've come - he graded people on how well other people did.  On top of our regular assignments he heaped 12 very large drawings, and a sketch book for 120 very nice sketches on top of us for the semester. That is a lot of work! He put so much on us that I could barely keep up in my other classes and I might have gotten 2 hours of sleep each night for 6 weeks. The chick who got an A did 4 of the drawings and she said 30 of the sketches assigned... after doing all that work and him trying to give me a B+... he told me I could have done more. I was like: "What?! A B+?! You gave all those other people A's and they didn't do all the work!" I picked up my drawings and was about to rip them in half.  He's like "Wait! Wait! It's ok! I'll give you an A!" The was the only time I ever argued with my prof about a grade. |

| Congrats! Really great grades with the number of classes you're taking. I used to take 21 hours a semester (plus work, agh!), so I know how demanding a schedule like that can be! |

I told him at the end of class that he singlehandedly took all the fun and enjoyment I got out drawing. He was terrible. He acted like he was this famous artist but he was an instructor at a community college! |
