The Weather
 Not that I'm comlaining but just waiting for the bit hit of snow! last year we had two feet of snow falling and it just kept coming...This year...60 degrees...  |

| Diane, It's been great here as well. We've only had 1.7 inches of snow so far this season. We're breaking all sorts of records for lack of snow. It was 54 here yesterday and 50 today. Remember last winter? We had 75 inches of snow at this time last year. |
| We have had snow twice, and melted twice. The melting - unheard of in MN for wintertime. Once we go in the deep freeze, it rarely ever goes above freezing. Now we have almost normal temps - it's 15F now, so just a tad on the warm side. This cold with brown dead grass is quite depressing.  |

| I supposedly live the the coldest capital city in the world. And it rained today. It rained. In Ottawa. In December. How on earth will Santa cope with this situation? |
| I was so happy last year that we had "Christmas" weather and even had a white Christmas! It has been warm here we were at 70 over the weekend--ick! Rained a lot here today and it is supposed to be low 50;s high 40's! Not very fun for Christmas! I would at least be happy if I could have a nice cozy fire without having to turn on the AC--  |
| It has been warm for this time of year here too. It has also been raining every day. They said it may start drying out for the next several days. It doesn't look much like Christmas. |
| Take ours.........please!! It's not much but the winds have been gusting to 50 so the storm breaks up, leaving us in the "doughnut"...little snow, lots of wind with outter area are getting multi inches and feet in the mountains. I'm cold, I have a cold/bronchitis, I'm testy.....I want warmth inside and outside. You can have the White Christmas, I'll settle for sun, no wind and "warmth." |
| Why are you moaning?! 60 degrees is mad! Its in the minuses here in england! At the moment it is 8:08am and it is 7 degrees, the lowest today is -2! You are so lucky! |
| We hit 80 last week so I'm thrilled it's going to be cold for Christmas where we are! I stopped wishing for snow a long time ago... I just want the kids to be able to wear their sweaters. Period (last few christmas' they wore shorts). |
The weather was perfect yesterday, 84F sunny, a nice breeze. I had all the windows opened. Just beautiful. We are supposed to be cooling down soon, so I'm enjoying every moment of the warmth.  |
No white Christmas for Chicago and I'm glad. The snow and cold can stay away forever. But then again, there is summer which I hate more than winter....  |

| Yes, Mark, I remember last year's blizzars - plural - quite well I think those snow storms are the core of my back problems! |
