Im not a super fan on films, hoever i want to see hugo, i saw twilight 2 weeks ago. i thought that was awesome!! Best film ive watched for a long time !   |
| I just came back from seeing this movie and I am quite impressed. I said to my friend "this will get Best Picture and Best Director." I majored in cinema studies in college so I've seen A LOT of movies. I am very familiar with George Melies and his work so I was intrigued as to how this story unfolded. Very interesting how all the stories tied together and how everyone paired up at the end. It's hard to imagine that a movie this pretty (because the art direction was beautiful) can come from the same director as Goodfellas (one of my favorite movies). The credits listed Johnny Depp as producer and I thought I saw him as the guitar player in the band in the train station. |
