| Debra Lehr (Truheart) in California. She's an AKC and AHBA herding judge who also shows in conformation. She breeds very rarely, but I'll dig up her contact info and PM you. One of her puppies is in a performance home in Wisconsin and not only is she probably the most promising herding OES out there, she's taken top breed honors in obedience for several years now and she's really just a baby, relatively speaking.
