Mady and her mailman
It's a great relationship. However, today there was a new mailman around, maybe filling in or something. Mady assumes mailmen exist to deliver treats for her. Mady saunters over to the new mailman expecting her treat. Lo and behold, he does have treats!  Mady tries one. Mady decides it's substandard and not acceptable. Mady spits it out in front of the new mailman.   |

| I love it. Way to go Mady. Show them you have standards. This morning Carley wanted to drive the car of the lady who delivers our newspaper. The lady was running late and Carley was out front. When the lady brought the paper to my front door Carley started for the front seat of her car. I had to make her come back in. |
Maybe because she thought the new mailman was bringing her new puppy......sorry David just had to go there.  |

| Way to go Mady. You show that mailman! Sheepie girls have class and won't be bought with just any old substandard treat. Ummmmm can you explain the bit about standards to Tiggy please. Kristine and I found some common ancestors for Tiggy and Sybil and Tiggy got the goat gene. She'll eat anything! Even stuff that one would think isn't edible aka the tin foil mini pie plate that scratched her throat and made me think she had kennel cough.  |

| It was particularly funny because, at the time the mailman walked by, a gorgeous young woman was having a love fest with Mady. The equally young mailman was trying to impress this young woman with his special dog powers. Mady showed him up. He turned red. Interestingly, we haven't had mail delivered since... |
Oh No!!  Our old mailman carried treats for the dogs. He retired. The new younger guy doesn't.  However, we still have the same UPS truck driver and she loves the OES. Although she really loved Ollie, our 1st OES. He always went up and into her truck while she brought packages to the door. He just had to check things out. No one has done that since him! |
