If only I could figure out how to use all this new stuff! |
I have hope for you . my special needs 7 year old can use it to watch his Blues Clues over and over. Once he can read, he'll be able to record too, if he can do it, I KNOW you can! at least use the pause button to stop the live shows, go out and then just push play when you come back in. voila! you didn't miss a thing |
I never watch tv in "real time" anymore. Everything I want to watch goes to the DVR for watching at my convenience. It really is a great thing. |
when I do rarely watch something live, I forget and try to forward the commercials! |

Couldn't live without it! We have a Tivo upstairs and one downstairs and we just discovered that we can watch shows on either TV off the other DVR --I guess we are kind of slow--but it was a great discovery! I try to keep up! |
I love having the DVR. On U-verse you can record it on any tv and watch it on any tv which I really love. So I DVR all the programs I want to watch and my hubby can watch anything he wants on the TV at night, we don't always enjoy the same programs. He can also watch the programs I DVRed at his whim. He has to get up at 2:30 in the morning to go to work, so with the DVR he doesn't miss any of his fav programs. He starts a new job tomorrow (Monday, Nov 14) but will be on an afternoon shift so the dvr will still work well for him. |
