Setting up an OES club
I stay in Singapore with my sheepie Byron and I've been thinking of setting up an OES club in here for sometime but just have no idea how to begin. 
I own a cafe and being a part-time pet-sitter, I really don't know what to expect or who to contact. I've been trying to get in touch with the OES clubs in Australia but they take ages to reply. Ca someone please tell me how I can go about setting up such a club??
