My First Meal!
Ravoli with bolognese sauce, which is a meat gravy of sausage and veal and pork, slowed cooked and simmered for a few hours...brasciole meat, beef and some pork loin on the side...garlic bread...some wine and an olive oil dipping sauce for lightly toasted bread nuggets, just warmed in the oven...Yummy!!!!! I LOVE cooking again! And, oh, yes, doggys got broiled angus meat steaks, shreded on top of their usual kibble. with steamed diced carrots and some white rice...they loved it too! |

| yum. Even dog's meal sounded yummy. My first meal was grilled ribeye, etc. I've wanted a stovetop grill, good high power vent.....and great light. Amazing how good gas burners and great light put the other stuff can make you a better cook. I forgot to ask about flames and the "glass" stove vent......no flaming greek cheese?? Saganaki?? Didn't think of that until last night when doing a wine reduction. My oven needs another high temp burnout, still a little stinky. |

| I love open flame, I can see the flame and further adjust. Don't let it get beyond the bottom of the pot, that's silly and dangerous. The one thing that take getting use to is if you flame liquor into the food, that can get dramatic! Also don't spray Pam towards an open flame, that gets your attention. |
