Especially when the majority of workers in a corporation are the regular workforce. Many of whom have trouble with a company wanting to provide decent wages and retirement and medical benefits or jobs period. I have no problem with people making great salaries only the unfairness that there is such a despairity. |

Corporate Governance. The shareholders of the company, the REAL bosses, the OWNERS, have very little ability to affect change in the company; it is extremely difficult, sometimes impossible, to oust a member of the Board, or to control salary which must be done through affecting change of the board. REAL corporate and financial reform could be accomplished by giving the common shareholders better and effective shareholder rights rather than having the government attempt to address the iniquities and inequities using the tax code. |
