Best Place to Kiss a Sheepdog
I think the bridge of the nose was made for kissing. And the nose and the back of the neck.  Oh, allright, everywhere is good  What's your favorite place to kiss a sheepdog? Location on the sheepdog that is.  |

| The skin on Ziggi snout is black and there is one small circle about the size of a quarter that is pink. So I like to kiss the pink spot on her snout.  |
| While the nose is always a good target, I like the snout especially closer to the eyes if he doesn't have any wet eye buggers. Also fav spot is just above the eyes in the middle......Obviously he doesn't wear a top knot. MO doesn't like kisses! I've love to do the snout/nose bridge but she had some sun damage there and it seems to be a little protective of it. She does allow me to put my cheek against here shawl and arms around her for a hug. Harry, he accepts kisses all over but really would prefer to be the one giving the kisses. I zip in for a snout or black nose kiss and have to back off or risk a full face attack. |

| I used to kiss Cooper on the bridge of his nose. I used to say "let mama kiss you on your nose", and he used to stand there and wait for me to kiss him. I used to get him on top of his head sometimes also. He was such a sweetheart. |
| The snout...all the time. When we first got Garfunkel he hated having his face touched. I would grab him on either side of his head and give him a big snout kiss. It didn't take long before he accepted kisses, but watch out he likes to give back. |
With Oliver, I love to kiss that big honkin nose  I will even make em squeak. Gracie was the kisser. She just LOVED LOVED LOVED being hugged and kissed. I would kiss that cute nose, the side of her face and her ears. She would also hold up her paw to be kissed. Grace gave many kisses too. One of the funniest things was I would put lipstick on and then kiss under her nose on the mouth and she had lipstick on her lips. TOO CUTE Boy I still miss her sooooooooo much!  |
| Someone asked me recently what I liked about Sheepdogs. The chance to hug him, snuggle him and plant a big kiss on that big nose pretty much is top of the list!!!! And just looking at him I could tell that he loved it as much as me, he was taking it all in. Just one of the many times I'm missing with Cooper. |
