I just recently ordered a full year's of unlimited VoIP telephone service for $199. That's right, $199 for an entire year of unlimited calls within the US and Canada. No taxes. No fees. That's about $16.58 a month. Here's the catch: It works off of your broadband internet connection. So if you've got cable internet, this is a pretty good deal. If you've got DSL, it's a pretty good deal. If you're on dial up it's still a good deal, just not for you. Service Details: Quote: SunRocket Signature Service - Annual Edition PS The phone service sounds great!12 Months of Service for $199 per year (That's just $17 a month!) Unlimited calling - U.S. and Canada Free international minutes ($3.00 allowance every month) Free extra phone number Over 10 enhanced calling features Two free Directory Assistance calls each month All the necessary equipment to get started No charge to activate - includes free shipping No hidden fees Taxes included in the Bottom-Line price No cancellation fees 31 day risk-free guarantee Plus, if you use this SunRocket code number as your SunRocket Promotion Code (actually as your friend's phone number) when you order, you will receive a free Uniden Cordless Phone System with two handsets NOTE: SUNROCKET IS OUT OF BUSINESS You MUST enter that promotion code as your "referring friend's phone number" to get your free phone and for oes.org to get credit. Well, SunRocket has changed their referral system a little bit, so that referral numbers don't work as "promotion codes" anymore. Just enter the number where it says: "Please enter the phone number of the person that referred you ". This will work just the same as before, you still get the free phones and free shipping, too. You can find out more about SunRocket by visiting their website at http://www.SunRocket.com. |

This does sound like a good deal considering our phone bill is $200-250 every MONTH (not including our cell phone, internet, etc.. just our landline phone)!!! Can you call anyone, even if they don't have this type of phone? That's something my husband was looking into (another type of phone like this), but the other person had to have it also.
If you can call anyone, I think you've just sold us on this! Another thing... does it have the ability to call 911? Our cell phones won't work inside our home (too many trees around us), so that's pretty important for us too. |
Wow...Germany is only 3 cents a minute? Where was this last year? LOL My husband went over there for a few weeks for the military, and our phone bill that month was over $1000. I about died when I saw that bill...lol |
Yes. Absolutely, you can call anyone on their regular phone line. It's unlimited if they're in the US or Canada.
Yes... if the service is currently available to you, then it will work with e911 (enhanced-911) service. In fact, the only reason this service isn't available EVERYWHERE is because of e911 availability, or lack therof, I should say. So if you go to their website and enter your area code and exchange, it will tell you if the service is presently available to you. (Don't forget the promo code! ) |

We're hopefully going to be moving to Shreveport soon (husband has his 2nd job interview with a place there on Wednesday), so maybe it's available there. |
So, we can take our existing phone number? $16.58 a month is sure better than the $34.95 plus taxes and fees I pay now! |
