Matties 7th Birthday
HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY We were on vacation the day I read Jaci's post about an adoptable dog in Michigan. Troy didn't want another dog at the time. We got to the airport to head home and I was an emotional wreck. I wanted to make Mattie a member of our home. We decided if I really wanted another dog I could have one. The minute I returned home I called the rescue group. I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, then the call came. Mattie is ready to go to her new home. We drove a couple of hours to pick her up and bring her to her new home. She was a filthy dirty mess. But we loved her. It took her a long long time to settle in. I was starting to have second thoughts, but thanks to the wonderful people on this forum, I just knew it would eventually work out. AND IT DID!!!! Mattie is one of the loves of our lives, and everyday I'm very thankful that she's with us. HAPPY BIRTDAY MATTIE...HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY    Mommy Daddy and Frankie |
