My first week in my two new jobs actually... I'm half time as the Vice Principal and the other half was supposed to be Kindergarten, but at the eleventh hour it got switched to Guidance. (Also completely new to me.) The staff, students and parents have all been really great to me. I had a fantastic week. I've learned a lot, and already have notes for how I'll do the first week better NEXT year. It's been such a rush but so much fun. And for those who read my earlier post about my big mouth and the Christmas Carols, I will add that I've practiced at least a little each night and, with only three and a half months left to prepare, I think there's some hope. Now if Santa could just stop by a little early this year and leave me a little musical talent. |

That sound wonderful, so glad it looks like you're going to be happy with the new two jobs. I'm sure there is some talent there, otherwise encourage the kids to sing real loud. |
I bet you make a terrific guidance counselor! Congratulations on week one! |
