We'll be looking to by a table. Tell me ALL about what you got. Vance |
She looks like she loves it. I didn't have one for Mopsy and when I got one after we got Harry I was in heaven .... and so was my back. I cannot imagine not having one now. |

When Sybil has that look on her face I just know she's uttering unprintable phrases at me Nevermind, the back saving grace of a grooming table more than makes up for a little pouting from the puppy Very happy for you, Jennifer. Just remembered, the OESCA Health and Research committee always tries to undertake a major fundraising initiative right around the national specialty. This year's big raffle item? A hydraulic grooming table!!! The timing couldn't be better. I hurt my back on Tuesday. I never win anything, but....I'm buying tickets and I'm tired of lifting big dogs onto little tables http://www.oldenglishsheepdogclubofamer ... aising.php for table, raffle and ticket info. I'm not sure if she really likes it or not, but I like it enough for both of us! I hope she doesn't outgrow it, but I don't think she will get much bigger and I wanted it to be easy to take and set up at shows. Vance-- I got it from pet edge online. It is the Master Equipment 36"L x 24"W x 32"H table and the 48" grooming arm. |
We have the same one in PINK!!! It's actually my daughter LeAnne's, but I borrowed it for Chewie, as it's smaller than my big black one. Quite the bright one, and caught a lot of crap for showing him on a "girlie", blindingly bright pink table. But we always could find our spot in the sea of tables in the grooming areas |
Chewie is MAN enough for the pink table.....as long as he doesn't BARK on it. |
Dawn, I am so jealous of your beautiful pink table And here I thought I had done all of my homework before buying. I just found it on the pet edge site, oh well, maybe Vancewill get one for Caity. They also have it in blue or a very pretty purple http://www.petedge.com/product/Master-Equipment-Grooming-Tables-in-Fashion-Colors/47306.uts |
SheepieMommy wrote: Chewie is MAN enough for the pink table.....as long as he doesn't BARK on it. LOL, sad but true (Chewie when excited barks high...even higher pitched than his sisters.... ) Thank goodness he is a pretty quiet dog.....unlike someone's video we recently watched.... |

But we always could find our spot in the sea of tables in the grooming areas Hey Syd says Chewie is metro-sexual as well I've been grooming Syd and he lost his toppy knot and the closest one handy after the grooming session was a "Pink" one, my hubby was horrified when he got home and saw his "Man Dog" with a pretty pink toppy in. I said he is metro-sexual and can handle anything pink (Psst between you and me dawn, with all the sheepie girls over the years, poor syd does not have much of an option when it comes to "Pink" things !!!!) I did embarress hubby when out walking with his male chick magnet, handy at the time was a "Fluro Hot Pink Lead", never again he told me, trying to explain to all that passed by he is a "MALE" not a female!! with all the coat no one could see anything dangling in the breeze to tell what sex the big hairy beast was! Millie lover best investment you can get for your princess, saves the back big time and as she gets use to it it becomes like home turf for them especially at shows, at home with a mob here as soon as the grooming table comes out it is a bung fight, Me, no Me, they all love it. Take your time getting her use to it, dont leave her up there unattended and make sure you help her up and get her down without her jumping off it. She will love it and so will you and your back. Next after the grooming table IS the stand dryer Pssst then you can have a glass of wine while waiting for your baby to dry !!! |
Great pics! Joy would love to lay down on that pink table!!! |
Carley is mad. She just has a plain old black table. Carley said a pink one would have matched her old leash and collar. She has a newer collar that is red with white bones on it. She said maybe we should look for a red table. I told her it would cost too many new squeaky toys to get a red table so she agreed to put up with the black one. Gotta love her!! |
