Brick's poop was pretty good today

Like the title says. Pretty good today.
Certainly the best since the morning of 8/5.
Hope it stays good.

I've started transitioning him back to his regular food. Maybe that's helping?

I'll call the vet later today to see if there's any news about the urine bacterial cultures.

Yep, good poop is a good deal

Glad to hear Brick is getting back to his usual self - both outward and inside!

Good job Brick. We knew you could do it! Yay for your poop!
Hurray for good poop!!!
Looked pretty good tonight as well. :clappurple:

Actually, if the amount was a little more, it would be just about normal. :crossed:
His poop has been normal for the past few days, which is great.

Today, however, he went and that looked normal, but he kept squatting as if he had to go more. This lasted 3-4 minutes with nothing coming out. Finally I noticed a piece hanging out of him (sorry) that was around 8 inches long and stringy looking. I thought, oh maybe he ate something fabric and that's what was bothering him.
He was working at it so much that I almost went out there to help him but he finally finished. I went out with bags to see what was in the poop and it was mostly tightly wound and packed grass. I couldn't believe how hard it was. I don't remember him eating that much grass in the past few days.
I wonder if that's what was bothering him over the past 1.5 weeks.

I hope that he worked it all out.
Maybe that's what it was all along. They can be quick when it comes to eating something they shouldn't. I've had the priviledge over the years to pull out string or yarn, tinsel what have you. Luckily none of it caused any real problems.
I bet it was! Whatever was tangled in that grass...maybe some starands of something...caused a problem for him. I know they say to never pull anything stringy from the rectum...OMG sorry for all this graphic stuff!

Anyway, hope brick is on his way to being his normal self...
