driving miss Phoebe
Phoebe was shown Weds in Bracebridge, Ontario and took Puppy Group so that was a good day. Yesterday we didn't make it to the show in Orillia, ON due to traffic and accidents that were blocking roads (none serious, just people getting impatient and rear ending people) Today I left early to leave time for traffic and there wasn't any so here I am, sitting in my van at the show killing time LOL Herding group is on at 12:10pm but there are 26 dogs ahead of me so I have a long time to wait still. I'm not putting her up on the table til at least 12:15pm since she's already groomed mostly, just need to fluff her up and get her hair out of her eyes etc which shouldn't take more than 20 mins. I'm really hoping for at least another puppy group but not expecting anything today as outdoor shows are not Phoebe's thing lol She goes into pouncy puppy mode and seems to think she must "catch" the grass by pouncing on it. Also at outdoor shows she knows only two speeds, run like hell and stop. Should be fun |

| That really bites that you totally missed your show yesterday. Darn traffic! Enjoy your downtime  and I hope it's cooler there than it is here. 83F now and humid, but supposed to get to 90. |
I don't know what it is in farenheight but its 31 celcius, no shade  HOT .. also severe thunderstorm warnings here |

But humid here - 70%. I think I'm glad I am indoors at work today. Poor Todd, he's helping his brother move today....  |

| Yep definitely could have been worse LOL Anyway, I've gotten a sunburn AGAIN LOL Phoebe is wiped and laying on the kitchen floor staying cool.... 3 more weeks and we do it again! LOL I prefer indoor shows with her, I don't know why but she's just so much better inside. She didn't pounce today but she decided to copy the german shepherds and book it across the ring  At indoor shows she seems to understand there are other speeds....Now I need to go feed puppies and try to get their 4 week old photos taken  |
| That stinks you missed the show yesterday because of traffic. It can certainly be frustrating to be stuck in traffic. Congrats on your puppy group win!  Looking forward to more puppy pictures!  Cindy |
