Everyone has been commenting on how much improvement they can see in our performance. And that's despite me knowing where we aren't doing so well as I've not done enough training over the past 5 weeks due to my new job taking up so much time and energy. I never thought the day would come where Tiggy would show some self control but it has (note I said some). As long as I keep her working and happy Tiggy will focus on me and has a great work ethic. The minute she gets bored? She creates her own entertainment. Some how that always seems to be to everyone else's amusement and my embarrassment. |

Yea Tiggy!! |
Tiggy will become an agility star! Go Tiggy, Go Tiggy. Interviewer: "So Miss Tiggy, now that you've been promoted, how do you think you will approach this task? Can you tell us a little bit how you can embarrass MIM at this higher level?" |
Congratulations ladies! Does this mean an entirely new crew of dogs to spend time with? Does Tiggy get to entertain a new audience? |

Can you tell us a little bit how you can embarrass MIM at this higher level?" Well I'm still using some of my older tricks. Let's face it if it ain't broke don't fix it. For example we walk around for ages outside and I content myself with sniffing all the pee mail. Then when we come inside and start running some circles I decide that I need to poop, right now, on the astro turf so that the agility servant has to run around and get the disinfectant spray after she picks up. I did throw in a new angle in Monday's class though! The agility servant is on to me and stayed near the exit to the concrete path and when she thought I looked like I might poop she rushed to the concrete area. So I just stood there and looked all puzzled. She was fooled and took me back onto the astro turf and guess what? The instructor thinks it's hilarious. I can hear the agility servant muttering stuff like "all very well, not your dog" but hey always leave your audience laughing is my motto. You are right though I'm going to have come up with some new tricks. I'll wait till I get a feel for the new dogs, the new instructor and the new exercises and let you know what I come up with. Love Tiggy |
